Kino Lamp K5, 55w, Green Compact

Each Kino Flo® Visual Effects lamp displays a narrow band of light energy in the colour spectrum. The phosphor inside each lamp produces a desired colour, measured in nanometres (nm) at the highest point in the energy level. The colours include two types od blue light, and two hues of green light. The 420nm blue and the 525nm green are often used in traveling matte photography on bluescreen and greenscreen stages. Other colours available from Kino Flo include gold, pink, red and UV blacklight for set design work.

All fluorescent lamps require some ""burn in"" time before they operate at their rated Kelvin temperature and brightness. For dimming products, the lamps perform best after 100 hours of operation.
