Digging For Treasure

So with the end of the financial year fast approaching, we have just embarked on stocktake.  We were lucky this year, it was a cool day, so we got through it at a pretty good pace.

We focus on the highest turnover stuff first. The shelf of legacy parts is always left for last. Quite often nothing has changed from last year, only a handful of this stuff sells each year, but always to the person that has been on the hunt for that particular part.

So this year the difference is we have started the webshop. As you spend an entire day counting stock, it is a daunting concept to consider getting each and every one of those items up on the site. Each entry takes time to create. 7000 odd stock items, that's a lot of time.

And yet we want people to know that we have that one little thing they have been hunting for. Cory had the brilliant idea - create a blog post listing the parts we have. It isn't pretty. You don't get an individual homage page to each part, with it's photo and all it's deets. However if you're hunting for that part - it will mean you have a million fold better chance of finding it.

So here we are. Let's start with the list of Quartzcolor spare partswe have on hand. We represented Quartzcolor for years until their demise last decade. Yet these products were built to last and work hard, and some people out there will be loving and cherishing them enough to be on the hunt for some of the parts below. Hopefully they can find us now.
